    Default Venetian Grazie club adjusts tiers

    I used to be "platinum" at Venetian's Grazie club, but they just made the highest level there "Paiza Gold." I am now Paiza Gold. Paiza is a high level high roller Asian term, I understand. There is a Paiza Club casino on the top floor of the Venetian (closed for some time now) for their highest rollers.

    There is another one in Palazzo, still open (although Palazzo itself is mostly closed these days).
