There may never be a coronavirus vaccine
Certainly, there will be some sort of vaccine. And treatments. But given the nature of the virus and the disease, and that there never has been an effective vaccine for any past coronavirus, we may be stuck with an imperfect solution to this problem.

And given that coronavirus has long term health repercussions even in the young

including strokes and arterial hardening, it may just end up being too risky to resume the sort of life that we once took for granted.
Life will go on - but will it ever be the same?
