Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown were great. Very memorable and worth watching more than once.

Otherwise, post Jackie Brown, a steady decline into self serving, overwritten and too long scripts, with the exception of the enjoyable Inglorious Basterds, which, although as well, a little drawn out in scenes, still quite good.

The Kill Bill series, esp. Part 2? Garbage. Django, boring to the point of putting one to sleep. Hateful 8? Dull, dull, dull, GOD it was dull! The rest, not worth mentioning.

Tarantino is already a has been, or as Sick Boy in Trainspotting put it, Had it, Lost it.

I see no Best Director award for him, ever, in that his best work is already behind him. He's trying too hard to prove something that he cannot, no wonder he's full of self righteous rage.
