New Jersey Casino Suing Gamblers Who Won $1.5 Million, Blames Unshuffled Decks of Cards - Yahoo! News

A New Jersey casino has sued a group of gamblers who won $1.5 million after they allegedly realized the eight decks of cards used in a game of mini baccarat were not preshuffled.

What, so when the casinos wins, we're left with nothing but some comps, but when the casino loses (or rather, we beat the casino), they try to recoup their losses by suing the gamblers? Foul, in all senses of the word.

Having won and lost hundreds of thousands at casinos myself, I know exactly how these guys play. They try to make it as difficult as possible for us the players to win, and in this instance, are trying to take back what little the players managed to earn off what I view as a randomized incident at the tables. Foul, indeed.
