Have not been yet, but numerous friends of mine have. As far as my #1 game, midi-Baccarat, masks are mandatory, but there is no plexiglass at least at the tables my friends played at. Three to a table.

Blackjack, my #2 game - no touching of cards, masks mandatory, also three to a table.

Otherwise, the top Vegas Strip casinos are attempting business as usual. Full cocktail service, all table games open (even poker at some of the casinos such as Bellagio and Wynn), you may touch the cards at midi-Baccarat, VIP rooms open, all restaurants are fully open at Wynn/Encore, partially open at other resorts.

Temperature checks at the door. Masks mandatory.
